2. Initial chapter info

I'm wrapping up the final few pages that'll probably be the first chapter or maybe the introduction for Spiritual Horsemanship. I'd like your help - could you ask me questions so that I know I've covered what I need to cover in this early part of the book? What would you want to know before you bought the book, or when you were standing in the store (or at Amazon.com) considering it?

I haven't decided yet whether Spiritual Horsmanship should be published as a hard-copy book, or as an e-book, or both. If it's an e-book, I wonder if it would be best published as an email-subscription, or as a web document, or both?
